New Mexico Cheese Guild
The NM Cheese Guild is a group of creatives and craftspeople whose medium is milk and fermentation. In terms of who can reach out to us, we welcome inquiries from 1) local cheese makers, micro-dairy farmers, and specialty food producers looking for Guild support or advocacy, 2) community members and schools interested in educational workshops and local cheese events, as well as 3) industry partners interested in agricultural and culinary policy and social enterprise initiatives related to cheese and cheesemaking in New Mexico.
